We traveled across the country from Washington State and this was, by far our favorite spot. The owners were the best: they were friendly, helpful and provided a wealth of information on the area. They go the extra mile to make your experience a great one. The campground is very well maintained and an ideal base for exploring southern Maine. We planned on staying two nights and ended up staying ten!
We almost didn't stay here and we're so glad we did! The owners are very friendly and run an immaculate campground. The bathrooms could not be cleaner! This is a lovely, quiet rural spot. Once you've stayed here you'll come back again and again. The only down sides are that the spaces are close and there's no wifi.
